LALABill voucher management handles the complete lifecycle of prepaid internet vouchers. Create voucher batches with specific packages, distribute to agents, and track redemptions in real time.

Managing vouchers manually means creating them one by one on MikroTik, printing from spreadsheets, and losing track of which codes are active, redeemed, or expired.

How it works

Create a voucher batch by selecting a package, quantity, and optional settings like code prefix and expiry. LALABill generates unique codes and optionally provisions them on MikroTik. Vouchers are redeemed through the captive portal or customer portal.

Step-by-step setup

Create packages
Define your internet packages with speed, data, duration, and price.
Generate vouchers
Go to Vouchers, select a package, set the quantity, and click Generate.
Print or distribute
Print vouchers using the built-in print layouts, or create agent packs for distribution.
Track redemptions
Monitor voucher status (unused, active, expired) and redemption analytics in real time.

Frequently asked questions

By default, vouchers are single-use. Once redeemed, the code cannot be used again.

The expiry countdown starts when the voucher is first redeemed, not when it is created.
