Overview

LALABill provides remote access to your MikroTik routers through the WireGuard VPN tunnel. Access Winbox and the web interface from anywhere without needing a public IP on the router.

What problem does it solve?

Configuring and troubleshooting routers at remote sites requires travel or complex VPN setups. Routers behind NAT or CGNAT are especially difficult to reach.

How it works

When a MikroTik router connects to LALABill via WireGuard, it receives a VPN IP address. LALABill provides access to the router's management interfaces (Winbox, web, SSH) through this tunnel. Since the router initiates the connection, no public IP or port forwarding is needed.

Step-by-step setup

Verify device is online
Check that your MikroTik shows as Online in NAS Devices.
Click remote access
Use the Remote Access button on the device card to open Winbox or web interface.
Manage the router
Configure, troubleshoot, or update the router as if you were on the local network.
