Subscription Management

Manage recurring internet subscriptions with automatic billing cycles and renewal tracking.

Overview

LALABill subscription management automates recurring billing for internet subscribers. Set up billing cycles, generate invoices automatically, and track renewals and churn.

What problem does it solve?

Without automated subscriptions, ISPs must manually track expiry dates, generate invoices, and follow up on payments. This leads to missed renewals and revenue loss.

How it works

When a customer is assigned a package with a billing cycle, LALABill tracks the subscription start and expiry dates. Before expiry, payment reminders are sent. On payment, the subscription is automatically renewed for another cycle.

Requirements

  • LALABill account with packages configured
  • Payment methods set up for collection

Step-by-step setup

  1. Define billing cycles

Set the duration (monthly, quarterly, annual) on each package.

  2. Assign subscriptions

When creating or editing a customer, assign a package to start the subscription.

  3. Configure reminders

Set up SMS payment reminders to notify customers before expiry.

  4. Monitor renewals

Track active, expiring, and churned subscriptions from the dashboard.

Benefits

Automated renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on payment without manual intervention.

Proactive reminders

SMS reminders reduce late payments and involuntary churn.

Churn visibility

Track which subscribers are not renewing and why.
