LALABill payment collection supports multiple payment methods including mobile money (MTN, Airtel), prepaid vouchers, and card payments through integrated gateways.

What problem does it solve?

ISPs struggle with cash collection, manual reconciliation, and tracking which customers have paid. Mobile money payments are often recorded manually, leading to errors.

How it works

When a customer makes a payment through mobile money, the captive portal, or the customer portal, the payment is recorded automatically and applied to their account. Services are activated or renewed instantly.

At least one payment gateway configured (IOTECpay, PawaPay, or Flutterwave)

Step-by-step setup

Configure payment gateway
Go to Settings and set up your payment gateway credentials (IOTECpay, PawaPay, or Flutterwave).
Set package prices
Ensure all packages have prices defined in your base currency.
Accept payments
Customers can pay through the captive portal, customer portal, or you can record manual payments.

LALABill charges a 3% platform fee on voucher redemptions and mobile money collections. Payment gateway fees are separate and set by the gateway provider.
